• Google profile basics (email, name, picture) via OAuth
• OAuth tokens for Gmail/Calendar you choose to link
• Optional uploaded files (for RAG) and operational logs

How we use it

• Authenticate you and provide requested features (read/search/send mail, view/create calendar events)
• Operate and improve the Service

Storage & retention

• Tokens stored per user on the server; unlink deletes them
• Uploaded files/embeddings stored locally for your use

Your rights

• Unlink Gmail/Calendar anytime from Linked accounts
• Request deletion: radu.m.work@gmail.com
